Maestro Interactive Games added another simplistic casual title to its Alien collection. It is Alien Drop which is a concept many will be familiar with as it plays virtually identically to other block stacking games. A high score oriented title, it challenges you to a game of time and physics to build a structure as high as possible. The twist in this game? The structure is aliens you stack on top of each other.

The concept of Alien Drop is simple. Stack the aliens as high as you can. The catch is the aliens are being delivered by a space crane from above. The challenge comes predominantly from timing, as the space crane moves back and forth, thus the idea is to release the alien it holds, with a simple touch on the screen when it is right above the alien below it.

For each successful drop, points are awarded to the player. Of course the challenge increases as the aliens stack higher and higher, the aliens begin to shake and lose balance, between this and the moving space crane it can be quite difficult to get a high score in Alien Drop.

While this game, is similar to those done in the past, Maestro Interactive Games does a great take on it by adding their own artistic assets, sound effects and mechanics to the title.
