5K Runner: 0 to 5K run training is a new wonderful and healthy fitness app designed by Heavy Duty Apps. It will guide and motivate you running everyday with its unique and effective method. Having an appealing and healthy figure is no longer a dream.
5K Runner is professional running app. The exercise is 35 minutes, 3 times a week and for 8 weeks from Zero to 5K. It gets you in shape with Walk - Run - Walk routine. This app is very easy to use. You just need to tap the screen, then it will tell you when to walk and when to Run. Even the iPhone screen locked, it still works. 5K Runner can repeat workouts whenever you want. You start slow, and the running gradually increases to a full 5K. So great.
After you finish the exercise, tap the "Did It" button and save the run day time. If you have any issues, tap the learn button in the bottom of the screen and choose help & tips function. You issues will be quickly fixed. This app is really convenient and amazing. Now plug in your headphones and play your favorites music. Just enjoy wonderful music and beautiful exercise time.

5K Runner is the the most advanced get-in-shape app that will help you get off the couch and do a 5K (3.1Mile) run in 8 weeks. The app guides you through an 8 week program, 3 times a week, where in each workout you alternate walks and runs. An audio coach tells you when walk and when to run, as well as warmup & cooldown. The walking/running intervals gradually increase in effort over 8 weeks, with more running and less walking, until you run a 5K in one straight run.
It also works perfectly with your iPod/iPhone music player, so you can listen & enjoy music while exercising, with the audio coach telling you what to do at each interval. You don't need to look at your watch, as everything is timed and tracked. You can even run any GPS app that you want if you want to track your running route (like Nike+ GPS or any other running GPS app).
5K Runner also tracks your achievements and lets you review each step you have done in the past. You will also earn badges as you reach important milestones, and will have the opportunity to share them with your friends if you want.
